Update from The Greater Houston Partnership (GHP):
The Greater Houston Partnership reported across-the-board gains in April, with single family home sales, total property sales, total dollar volume and pricing all up compared to April 2014. (Please see attached). Associated Mortgage Investors (one of the few hard-money lenders in the Houston MSA offering purchase money loans secured by one’s homestead) remains optimistic that real estate values will remain stable.
