Established in 1990 by Jim Emerson, AMI Lenders is a Private Mortgage Lender providing Houston with Hard Money Loans for residential or commercial real estate investments. 

Our Commercial and Residential Hard Money Lenders have over sixty years of combined experience and have been providing better service and better rates to Houston area investors for over 30 years. Our loans include owner and non-owner occupied, fix and flip, bridge, and most types of Non-QM loans. We adhere to all federal regulations, but we're flexible and close as fast as the law allows.

Jim Emerson founded AMI Lenders in 1990 when he realized he could provide services far superior to those being offered by existing banks, financial institutions and other Private Money Lenders. 

AMI Lenders started as a small private hard money lender, but is now Houston's Premier Hard Money Lender and one of the largest Private Real Estate Lenders in the Southwest, there are no committees or third parties to stand between you and your loan.
